Integrated Rebar detector is mainly used for detecting the internal reinforcement position, the protective layer thickness, reinforcement spacing and diameter of rebar. It can accurately draw the distribution map of the whole rebar, to provide test data with high precision and high speed; the integrated structure of the host and the sensor coil, making it is convenient and quick when carrying and field operation ; It is characterized in coil structure design, faster speed, higher accuracy, stronger resolution.

Main functions:

1.Using multi-coil technology. Testing the location of rebar is more rapid and accurate.
2.Five scanning methods, suitable for different detection environments, and more flexible detection.
3.Detection the position between two rebars. The indicator light indicates the position of steel bar for drilling and coring. 
4.Support JGJ scanning mode; Support fixed point retest function; Meet the requirements of test procedures.
5.The calibration value is automatically stored in the instrument to realize rapid measurement, so as to avoid the trouble of calibration before each test.
6.No boundary grid scanning and waveform scanning can reach 10m length in one measurement.
7.Storage,view, delete, and other functions that can store 2,000 components or 200,000 measurement points. 
8.USB data transmission. The storage data could be send through the USB line to the computer.
9.PC professional data analysis software can make the data processing and report.
10.2.8-inch high resolution color LCD screen (320x240 pixels).
11.The external 18650 lithium battery with large capacity is convenient for replacement and transportation. The low-power circuit design enables the battery to work continuously for more than 12 hours after filling.

4. In case the instrument is not able to operate, the customer can call after-sales service for help;
we offer 3 types of repairs: a) Internet repair: if the customers are in foreign countries or remote areas, we can offer them first the INTERNET repair service. b) Phone repair: customers called over the phone to explain explicitly the problem and our technical staff will instruct them to solve the problem. c) On-site repair: in case the phone repair fails, our technical personnel will go to the site to repair the instrument within 72 hours after the problem is reported; 

5. Out-of-warranty service: upon expiry of the warranty period, all customers are still entitled to out-of-warranty service during the working life of the instrument. 

6.Privilege in out-of-warranty service: customers shall have the privilege to get a preferential prices on the components when they maintain their instrument during the out-of-warranty period as long as they maintained it beforehand.
