Product Description
The unsaturated triaxial instrument is an extension of the traditional triaxial test. It is mainly used to study the soil (layer) saturation and unsaturated characteristics under the migration of soil groundwater, rainfall, snow and ice melting, and to simulate the stress state of the on-site soil layer. Matrix suction and seepage process in saturated and unsaturated soil state, can do triaxial consolidation, shear, rheology, rebound and other tests.
Automatically collect the axial force, deformation, stress-strain, pore water pressure and pore air pressure of the standard test soil unsaturated state soil sample, display, record, store and draw relevant curves and data in real time for research analysis and evaluation.
The pressure chamber is divided into built-in or external sensor options (built-in sensors reduce friction and are not affected by confining pressure.

Clay board with resistance to air intake value |
0-500Kpa, air-resistant pressure permeable and airtight clay board. In order to measure the matrix suction of the soil sample, a clay board with high air intake value is installed at the bottom of the pressure chamber. The clay board has the following characteristics : When the clay plate is fully saturated, a water film is formed inside the clay plate because there are many uniform fine pores inside the clay plate. Before use, the clay board should be soaked in water or saturated in a vacuum saturation device, and the water seepage should be measured once under the pressure of 10KPa during the test of the water-soaked clay board. |
