Application and scope of application
The intelligent needle penetration tester is based on the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 4509-1998/2010 "Petroleum asphalt needle penetration Measurement Method", the People's Republic of China transportation industry standard JTG It is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements and relevant provisions of T0604-2011 Asphalt Penetration Test in E20-2011 Test Rules for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture of Highway Engineering.
The instrument is mainly used for measuring the penetration of road petroleum asphalt, modified asphalt and liquid petroleum asphalt or emulsified asphalt residue after evaporation of the penetration degree, and the formula method is used to automatically calculate the correlation value of asphalt penetration degree. Its standard test conditions are as follows:
The dish containing the asphalt sample is placed in a constant temperature bath at 25ºC±0.1ºC. The standard needle assembly with a total mass of 100±0.05 g falls vertically without friction and the depth of vertical penetration into the asphalt sample within 5 seconds is called the asphalt needle penetration degree to reflect the viscosity of the asphalt. The greater the penetration degree of asphalt, the smaller the viscosity of asphalt, asphalt is softer.
This instrument can also be used for solid fine grain, powder, colloid, frozen and other materials, as well as cheese, sugar gum, butter, wheat cream, cream, fermented body and other food raw materials inspection, in the food industry, traffic highway engineering and other other industrial sectors can be widely used.
