ZJ4-1 type quadruple automatic direct shear instrument (air pressure control) is an instrument used to measure the shear strength of soil. The feature of this quadruple air pressure electric direct shear instrument is that it adopts the principle of pure air pressure to apply load and vertical consolidation pressure. It provides good conditions for the test and scientific research of deep foundation soil. At the same time, due to the shear stress driven by the stepper motor, the shear rate is infinitely variable, so that the shear strength of the soil is determined for different soil properties and test methods. Main configuration
 

1. Shearing box, divided into upper box, lower box, permeable stone, and pressure transmission piston, meets the requirements of soil sample diameter of 61.8mm and soil sample height of 20mm, if there are special needs. The height of the soil sample is 25mm.

2. The vertical loading system has a rolling diaphragm type loading cylinder and a highly sensitive pressure regulating valve.

3. Load frame and beams and adjusting screws.

4. The horizontal shear stress loading system is controlled by a stepping motor, a mechanical transmission system and a single-chip microcomputer. The speed range is0.001-2mm/min.

5. The horizontal shear stress is processed by the force sensor through the single-chip microcomputer, and the data during the test is collected and stored in the collector, or it can be directly input into the computer for tracking display.

6. The horizontal displacement is calculated by the stepping motor according to the speed and stored in the single-chip microcomputer. Connected to the computer, the relationship curve between displacement and shear stress can be displayed or drawn.

7. The matching of the touch screen and the pressure regulating valve and sensor is used to set the four-way consolidation pressure (pressure per unit area) and display the corresponding shear stress or shear stress, which is further in line with the traditional test methods and calculations Improve. Therefore, the display screen can not only control the application of consolidation pressure, but also set the shear rate, sampling frequency and record, display various data during the storage test and can be connected to the computer for real-time display.
