Application:

Atmospheric consistometer is designed to test oil well cement thickening time and preparing cement slurry according to American

API Specifications. It's applicable to oil well cement research, cement additive research and test, cement quality testing and research rooms and field labs of every oil well service company.

Atmospheric Consistometer are specialized equipment designed to measure oil well cement thickening time and prepare cement slurry in accordance with US API Specification 10. Designed to meet the requirements of Section 9 of the American Petroleum Institute (API) Code 10. Applicable to oil well cement research, cement admixture research and testing, cement manufacturer product quality inspection work. It is also suitable for use in research laboratories and field laboratories of various well service companies.

Structure and principle

(1) Structure

The instrument consists of a stainless steel oil bath, embedded with two pulp cups, instrument box, power transmission, heater, temperature control system, potentiometer, paper recorder, timer and so on.

(2) Working principle

The pin on the lid of the cup is inserted into the groove of the rotary drive to rotate the cup. When the motor rotates, the motor belt drives the timing belt and the blades to rotate at the same time.
