Fully Automatic High And Low Temperature Vibration Equipment Soil Triaxial Compression Test Machine
1. Purpose and scope of application
The purpose of this test is to determine the stress, strain and pore water pressure of saturated soil under kinetic stress, so as to determine its failure strength (including liquefaction strain), dynamic modulus and damping ratio when the strain is greater than 10-4 and other dynamic characteristics (large elastic modulus). Simulate the ambient temperature in the field for analysis.
This procedure applies to saturated sand, silt and clay. Generally, the consolidation and non-drainage test is used.
2. The composition of the instrument
This instrument is electromagnetic servo type vibration three axis. Its composition includes host, electro-hydraulic servo control system, pressure control system, computer control, data acquisition and software processing system and other parts.
(1) Main engine: including pressure chamber, servo electric cylinder.
(2) Electromagnetic servo control system: used for axial vibration, application of axial dynamic stress, control servo electric cylinder.
(3) Pressure control system: apply confining pressure, back pressure, including pipelines, gas sources, water sources, etc.
(4) Computer control, data acquisition and software processing system: the whole process of computer control, real-time collection, and recording of the test, and the test record table and curve report are automatically generated after the test is completed.

The measurement and control frequency of 10,000 times/second can meet the high standard measurement and control requirements of dynamic test specifications.

1. Quality warranty: Zealchon commits that testing machine is fabricated with fine grade materials and top notch workmanship. It is brand new, never used, and in full compliance with the quality provision.
Warranty is 12 months starting from the date of final acceptance of the goods/commissioning of machine.

4. In case the instrument is not able to operate, the customer can call after-sales service for help;
we offer 3 types of repairs: a) Internet repair: if the customers are in foreign countries or remote areas, we can offer them first the INTERNET repair service. b) Phone repair: customers called over the phone to explain explicitly the problem and our technical staff will instruct them to solve the problem. c) On-site repair: in case the phone repair fails, our technical personnel will go to the site to repair the instrument within 72 hours after the problem is reported;
5. Out-of-warranty service: upon expiry of the warranty period, all customers are still entitled to out-of-warranty service during the working life of the instrument.
6.Privilege in out-of-warranty service: customers shall have the privilege to get a preferential prices on the components when they maintain their instrument during the out-of-warranty period as long as they maintained it beforehand.
