This product uses xenon lamp as the light source, simulates and strengthens the weather resistance accelerated photoaging test equipment, in order to quickly obtain the near-atmospheric aging test results, used to evaluate the weather resistance of the material. Weather resistance test is an important means to screen and optimize product composition in the process of scientific research and production, and it is also an important content of product quality inspection, and the application of materials such as coatings, plastics and other product standards require weather resistance tests.
The main factors that cause material aging are sunlight and moisture. Weathering chambers can simulate hazards caused by sunlight, rain and dew. The weathering test chamber uses xenon lamps to simulate the effect of sunlight, condensation moisture to simulate rain and dew, and the tested material is placed at a certain temperature in a cycle program of alternating light and moisture, and the hazards that occur outdoors for months or even years can be reproduced in a few days or weeks. Accelerated aging test data can help select new materials, modify existing materials, and evaluate how changes affect the durability of products.
The air-cooled xenon lamp weather resistance test chamber adopts a long-shaft fan motor and a stainless steel multi-type impeller resistant to high and low temperatures to achieve the vertical diffusion cycle of strength convection. The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels. The observation window is made of multi-layer hollow tempered glass.
