Asphalt Light Aging Test Chamber (Xenon Arc Lamp)
Introduction:
Coupling conditions of asphalt and other materials in water, light, high temperature and other factors. Simulate the aging process of the above materials under natural conditions. Materials subjected to aging simulation can be used for subsequent performance comparison and design optimization. Widely used in geotextiles, geogrids, plastic drainage belts, plastic rubber waterstops, geomembranes and other fields.
This product uses a xenon lamp as the light source to simulate and strengthen the weather resistance accelerated light aging test equipment to quickly obtain the test results of near-atmospheric aging and to evaluate the weather resistance of materials. Weather resistance test is an important means of screening and optimizing product composition in the process of scientific research and production, and is also an important content of product quality inspection. Applied materials such as coatings, plastics and other product standards require weather resistance tests.
The main factors that cause material aging are sunlight and humidity. The weather test chamber can simulate the hazards caused by sunlight, rain and dew. The weather resistance test chamber uses a xenon lamp to simulate the effect of sunlight, and uses condensed moisture to simulate rain and dew. The tested material is placed in a cycle program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature for testing, and it takes several days or weeks. Reproduce hazards that occur outdoors for months or even years. Accelerated weathering test data can help select new materials, modify existing materials, and evaluate how extreme changes affect product durability
The air-cooled xenon lamp weather-resistant test chamber adopts a long-axis fan motor and a high-low temperature resistant stainless steel multi-ji impeller to achieve a strong convection vertical diffusion cycle. The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels. The observation window is made of multi-layer hollow tempered glass.

After Sales Service
1. Quality warranty: Zealchon commits that testing machine is fabricated with fine grade materials and top notch workmanship. It is brand new, never used, and in full compliance with the quality provision.
Warranty is 12 months starting from the date of final acceptance of the goods/commissioning of machine.

3. After-sale service Over the years, Zealchon has sold testing instruments to many global users.
The following physical damage is not covered by warranty. a) instrument is impacted by great force that the internal impact sensor changes from white to red; b) Detector is broken c) Instrument body is broken; d) Loss of accessories; e) Loss of components ;f) Water coming into instrument.
4. In case the instrument is not able to operate, the customer can call after-sales service for help;
we offer 3 types of repairs: a) Internet repair: if the customers are in foreign countries or remote areas, we can offer them first the INTERNET repair service. b) Phone repair: customers called over the phone to explain explicitly the problem and our technical staff will instruct them to solve the problem. c) On-site repair: in case the phone repair fails, our technical personnel will go to the site to repair the instrument within 72 hours after the problem is reported;
5. Out-of-warranty service: upon expiry of the warranty period, all customers are still entitled to out-of-warranty service during the working life of the instrument.
6.Privilege in out-of-warranty service: customers shall have the privilege to get a preferential prices on the components when they maintain their instrument during the out-of-warranty period as long as they maintained it beforehand.
