The soil triaxial (soil infiltration) pressure volume controller is a universal water pressure source and volume change meter. Mainly used in teaching soil mechanics laboratory. A stepper motor and screw driver drive the piston to compress water directly. The pressure is controlled by closed loop control. By calculating the number of steps of the stepping motor, the volume change pressure is constant, and it can measure 1mm3 (0.001cc).

 

Soil triaxial (soil infiltration) pressure volume controller is a kind of pressure source and volume change drainage device that can replace the conventional soil mechanics laboratory. First, the device has its own computer interface, which can be controlled directly by a computer. It is also an ideal saturation and drainage, which can measure the volume change of water in the sample. In addition, the controller has an automatic protection function when the pressure and volume exceed the range. The instrument can be used as a constant pressure source, replacing traditional

laboratory pressure sources such as mercury columns, compressed air, oil pumps and static load devices. It is also a volumetric meter with a resolution of 1cu mm.

 

In addition, the instrument can be programmed through the control panel, pressurizing according to the slope and cyclic loading mode, or controlling the volume change according to the linear change of time. This means that the device is also an ideal device for penetration testing, which can achieve constant flow rate or constant head.The data collector can be connected to an analog interface to read pressure and volume values.
