Light Trailer Falling Weight Deflectometer
This lightweight trailer automatic drop weight deflectometer is a trailer-type deflection measurement system for pavement structural strength testing. Developed "FWD laser absolute calibration standard device" for the measurement station of the Ministry of Communications (unique in the world).
The laser absolute method verification device of the drop-weight deflectometer in the measurement station of the Ministry of Communications has an accuracy of 0.5%. This device is the first in the world, and its accuracy is far ahead of similar devices in Europe and America (2%).
1) The deflectometer has been developed since 1986, with a deep accumulation of technology and a market share of more than 70%. This deflectometer is because of its overall lightness, flexible turning, high degree of automation, easy operation, accurate data, long-term stability and reliability of the equipment, and durability. Durable by domestic and foreign users alike.
2) In terms of load control, this deflectometer adopts a variety of control methods: target load, target height and step size setting height (for air test); at the same time, the height of the lifting hammer is accurately controlled, and the height step size is 0.5 mm, higher than similar products.
3) The software has GPS navigation function, the test data includes GPS information, and the test position is displayed directly on the coordinate map.
4) Infrared + Pt100 temperature sensor is used for air and road temperature measurement; automatic temperature compensation function for measurement data; and through software control, the measured temperature is automatically stored; the temperature of the corresponding point is output in the Excel report.
5) Fully automatic "one-button" operation. This deflectometer is equipped with a convenient "one-button" operation mode for customers. A "one-button" button is installed in the cab. After arriving at the test position, the driver only needs to press the button, and the equipment will run automatically. After the test, the equipment will automatically be in a transport locked state;
6) Safety interlock protection device. An interlocking joint is installed between this deflectometer and the test vehicle. During the movement of the test vehicle, the equipment is in a protected state and cannot be operated, which effectively protects the safety of the equipment and the test vehicle.
7) Each main function has an optional second set of programs (or functions) to improve the reliability of the whole machine.
