7720 Portable Atmospheric HPHT Consistometer

 

Application:

7720 has compact design, heats and pressurizes rapidly. Cylindrical slurry cup and fixed mixer are assembled together and put in pressure autoclave. Maximum working pressure is 137 Mpa (20,000psi). Maximum temperature is 204°C(400°F). Air-Driven Hydraulic Pump provides pressure to autoclave. Hydraulic pressure system is composed to fuel tank, piping system, valve and filters.Heat the autoclave through 3000w build-in pipe heater.Programmable temperature controller controls rise speed of temperature automatically.
When slurry reaches expected temperature, controller will keep set temperature. Air-Driven Hydraulic Pump pressurizes. Pressure relief valve and Air-Driven Hydraulic Pump can control pressure. Slurry cup turns at constant speed of 150±15rpm through magnetic drive. Driving torque is passed into permanent magnet inside the autoclave from a group drive magnet outside through rack.

Permanent rare earth magnet can guarantee high torque and long time magnetic field. Viscosity of cement slurry will be recorded on a form through potentiometer in pressure reactor. There's a standard torsion springs in potentiometer to prevent rotary force in mixer. Rotary force is in proportion to cement slurry's consistency. All 7720 series slurry's temperature and consistency are recorded on a paper printer. Automatic consistometer pressure passage is recorded on a paper printer too and with computer data capture interface.
