E021 High and Low Temperature Constant Temperature Water Bath DC Series

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the "Bitumen Floatability Test" in the Ministry of Communications standard "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering". It is suitable for determining the floating degree of slow-setting liquid petroleum asphalt residue, coal tar pitch and other materials.
The buoyancy of asphalt is the time required for the sample to gradually soften until it is broken by water after it is placed in a water tank at a certain temperature in a specified float meter, expressed in s. Unless otherwise specified, the test temperature of the residue after distillation of liquid petroleum pitch is 50°C, and the test temperature of coal tar pitch is 32°C or 50°C.
This instrument can be used as a constant temperature water bath when the float degree test of asphalt is not performed.
