HPHT Consistometer 8040P
HPHT Consistometer 8040P is designed to measure cement thickening time according to API Specification 10. Cement slurry thickening time is the time when cement slurry samples rise 100 units consistency in initial pressure and temperature through testing cement slurry samples in HPHT consistometer labs. It can be used in oil well cement and additives research and quality testing of cement factories. 8040P HPHT Consistometer adopts touch screen display, PLC programmable controller, real temperature record, pressure, consistency curve and experiment data can output through PC. When PC monitor displays experiment curve, colorful printer will print out experiment results. Temperature controller controls temperature rise rate automatically. When temperature reaches what you need, it can keep constant temperature, accuracy <1ºC(33.8°F); At the same time it can control pressure's rise rate. The pressure inside the autoclave is provided by pneumatic super-pressure pump and kept by pneumatic control valve.Slurry cup turns at constant speed of 150±15rpm through magnetic drive. Driving torque is passed into permanent magnet inside the autoclave from a group drive magnet outside through rack. Permanent rare earth magnet can guarantee high torque and long time magnetic field. Consistency of cement slurry can display on touch screen and PC at the same time which can be got through potentiometer . There's a standard torsion springs in potentiometer to prevent rotary force in mixer. Rotary force is in proportion to cement slurry's consistency. There's a one-way oil filter in high-pressure oil pipe return which can filter fiber of oil and cement particle. There's explosive device in high-pressure pipes to prevent the whole high- pressure system. The instrument has cooling system so as to lower the temperature to take out potentiometer and slurry cup after or in the HP experiment. 8040P is high -tech product integrating machine, electron and hydraulic system with high accuracy, durable operation. Its main components especially ultra- high pressure elements are chose form Switzerland, USA, Japan. Its design has multi-function protection to make sure operators and instrument's safe.
