Hydraulic Static Penetration Truck CPT
Structural Composition and Characteristics
The WYH5050 static penetration vehicle consists of a chassis, a body, outriggers, static penetration equipment, a hydraulic system, and an auxiliary operation device. (See Figure 2)

1. Chassis
This vehicle uses the NJ2055SFXB36 Iveco off-road double-row truck chassis, which has a reasonable structure and strong off-road performance, making it very suitable for field operations.
The car body adopts the rear-opening form and large-plate structure. The car body wall is a prefabricated sandwich panel, and the sandwich panel frame is welded from square tubes. The inner and outer panels are large-format aluminum plates, and the middle is filled with polyurethane foam panels with a filling thickness of not less than 50mm. There is a skylight on the top of the car body. The space inside the car body can meet the needs of operation. The car body floor is paved with anti-slip patterned plates. A workbench is installed in the middle of the front of the car body (Figure 3). Four sockets are installed above the workbench and on the left wall. The rated voltage of the sockets is DC12V, and electrical equipment can be powered by the sockets (Figure 3).
5. Hydraulic system
The CPT vehicle relies on the hydraulic system to drive the working mechanism to complete the required actions. The power source of the hydraulic system is the chassis power take-off, which drives the gear pump; the power take-off transmits energy to each hydraulic actuator. The hydraulic system includes a gear pump, a penetration cylinder, an outrigger cylinder, a front anchor motor, a rear anchor motor, a rear anchor cycloidal motor, a hydraulic lock, an oil tank, an oil filter, a multi-way valve, etc.
