Used for measuring the effect of heat and air on a moving film of semi-solid bituminous materials. Internal chamber made from stainless steel, insulation with fiberglass or similar, external frame made from engine-turned stainless steel , door with symmetrically located window.

The tester conform to national or industry standards, for measuring the performance changes of semi-solid bitumen in hot air.

This test method is relatively close to the actual situation in the course of heating and mixing, and built-in air compressor, adjust the intake air through the air flow meter.It can transport oxygen to the environment inside and simulate asphalt aging under hot and humid air.

That can review the asphalt aging resistance in a short time, it is the necessary instrument for polymer modified asphalt experiment.
