C135 Automatic Rock Point Load Flexural Creep Test System YX-50
Overview
In addition to point load test, this instrument can also do soft rock uniaxial compression test, three-point bending test and uniaxial creep test under stress maintenance rock point load test, measuring rock point load strength index instrument. According to the load strength index of rock point, the uniaxial compressive strength and tensile strength of rock can be calculated and determined, the anisotropy of rock can be determined, the weathering zone can be determined, the drilling speed can be estimated, and the rock can be graded. The instrument conforms to DLT 5368-2007 rock test procedures for hydropower and hydraulic engineering; GB 50021-2001 Code for geotechnical engineering investigation; TB 10115-2014 Code of railway engineering rock test; JTG E41-2005 Highway engineering rock test procedures and other standard specifications standard requirements.

Instrument composition
The instrument is a column frame structure, it is composed of base, transmission, column, support, motor, controller, force value sensing, software, etc. The power is transferred to the transmission by the electro-hydraulic servo, and the transmission passes through a set of transmission mechanism to make the screw drive the lower top to obtain the required rise speed, so as to complete the test requirements.

Warranty is 12 months starting from the date of final acceptance of the goods/commissioning of machine.

we offer 3 types of repairs: a) Internet repair: if the customers are in foreign countries or remote areas, we can offer them first the INTERNET repair service. b) Phone repair: customers called over the phone to explain explicitly the problem and our technical staff will instruct them to solve the problem. c) On-site repair: in case the phone repair fails, our technical personnel will go to the site to repair the instrument within 72 hours after the problem is reported;
5. Out-of-warranty service: upon expiry of the warranty period, all customers are still entitled to out-of-warranty service during the working life of the instrument.
6.Privilege in out-of-warranty service: customers shall have the privilege to get a preferential prices on the components when they maintain their instrument during the out-of-warranty period as long as they maintained it beforehand.
