Asphalt Mixture Triaxial Shear Tester
Introduction:
This test complies with the Ministry of Communications industry standards "Test Regulations for Highway Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures", "Shear Strength Test of Asphalt Mixtures (Triaxial Compression Method)" and "Test Regulations for Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete". Under the specified temperature and loading conditions, the shear strength of the asphalt mixture is measured by the triaxial tester to evaluate the high temperature stability of the asphalt mixture. The test temperature should be 60°C; 5°C; 25°C. The instrument consists of a pressure chamber, an axial pressurization system, a confining pressure application system, and a data acquisition and control system. The confining pressure of this test adopts the liquid pressurization method, and the axial pressure adopts the screw rod rising reaction force frame pressurization method. A constant temperature water bath was used to control the test temperature.
Brief description of the test:
Put the prepared sample into the pressure chamber at 60°C according to the specified requirements, apply the set confining pressure to the asphalt mixture sample, and apply the axial pressure at a constant loading rate of 7.5mm/min; 0.2mm/min. Load, read axial pressure, axial deformation, volume deformation at the same time. The confining pressure, temperature and deformation rate were kept constant throughout the test process. The instrument automatically stops the test when the axial pressure peaks. The system automatically calculates axial strain, major principal stress and shear strength.

1. Quality warranty: Zealchon commits that testing machine is fabricated with fine grade materials and top notch workmanship. It is brand new, never used, and in full compliance with the quality provision.
Warranty is 12 months starting from the date of final acceptance of the goods/commissioning of machine.

we offer 3 types of repairs: a) Internet repair: if the customers are in foreign countries or remote areas, we can offer them first the INTERNET repair service. b) Phone repair: customers called over the phone to explain explicitly the problem and our technical staff will instruct them to solve the problem. c) On-site repair: in case the phone repair fails, our technical personnel will go to the site to repair the instrument within 72 hours after the problem is reported;
5. Out-of-warranty service: upon expiry of the warranty period, all customers are still entitled to out-of-warranty service during the working life of the instrument.
6.Privilege in out-of-warranty service: customers shall have the privilege to get a preferential prices on the components when they maintain their instrument during the out-of-warranty period as long as they maintained it beforehand.
