Liquid pressure densitometer YYM

 

It is a special instrument used to test drilling fluid and other fluid's density. In normal conditions, there is some gas in drilling fluid and cement slurry. So there may be some mistakes if you use common instrument to measure. Liquid pressure densitometer can pressure on liquid and reduce gas content to a certain degree to get true density of testing sample. YYM Mud density balance adopts durable excellent metal material to guarantee its application. Before using, please discharge the gas of sample with pipette. And then measure density with it.

 

Drilling fluids and cement slurries often have a considerable amount of entrained or trapped air that may give erroneous results when determining fluid density using conventional equipment. This air volume may be reduced or eliminated by pressurizing the sample cup, which will then give more accurate density readings of the fluid itself.

The Pressurized Fluid Density Scale is similar to a standard mud balance. A sample cup of known volume is balanced by a fixed counterweight at the opposite end of a balance beam. A sliding weight rider moves along the graduated scale and a level bubble on the beam indicates when the system is in balance. The position of the rider on the graduated scale indicates the density of the sample.

4. In case the instrument is not able to operate, the customer can call after-sales service for help;
we offer 3 types of repairs: a) Internet repair: if the customers are in foreign countries or remote areas, we can offer them first the INTERNET repair service. b) Phone repair: customers called over the phone to explain explicitly the problem and our technical staff will instruct them to solve the problem. c) On-site repair: in case the phone repair fails, our technical personnel will go to the site to repair the instrument within 72 hours after the problem is reported; 

5. Out-of-warranty service: upon expiry of the warranty period, all customers are still entitled to out-of-warranty service during the working life of the instrument. 

6.Privilege in out-of-warranty service: customers shall have the privilege to get a preferential prices on the components when they maintain their instrument during the out-of-warranty period as long as they maintained it beforehand.
