The high temperature and high pressure Consistometer is designed for laboratories with a busy workload involving oil well cement research, additive research and testing, cement quality confirmation and research during cementing field services. The instrument can run two cement thickening tests simulating different bottom hole environments at the same time, and its smaller size saves valuable space for the laboratory. The instrument is easy to operate and powerful. Based on engineering optimization for long-term stability, it has become a key instrument for oil well cement testing.
High temperature and high pressure Consistometer has been proven to be a classic cement thickening test instrument widely recognized by cement laboratories and adopted by domestic and foreign users. Experience has shown that it only requires simple regular maintenance and has one of the longest service life. Before each instrument leaves the factory, our company will conduct strict inspections to ensure that it meets API/ISO standards.
All operations can be easily completed through the front control panel: power on/off, heating, and pressurization can all be done conveniently. The test time, consistency, pressure, and temperature are also displayed on the front panel, and the recorder can record the test temperature, pressure, and consistency data. The high temperature and high pressure thickener can not only be used for standard cement thickening tests, but also for preparing cement slurry for other tests, such as free water content, water loss, rheological properties, and viscosity. The programmable temperature controller and precision booster pump with built-in dedicated algorithms can accurately simulate the bottom hole temperature and pressure environment. When the consistency reaches the set value, the alarm buzzes, the automatic shutdown system starts, the motor, heater, and timer stop running, and the cooling water starts to circulate and cool down.
