The instrument is an instrument for determining the asphalt content (or oil-stone ratio) in asphalt mixture, which has the functions of vibrating screening, centrifugal separation, heating evaporation, cooling, recovery of asphalt solvent, recovery of mineral powder and reuse of solvent. The whole working process takes about 40 minutes. The instrument is composed of three parts: electrical control box, vibrating centrifuge box, solution heating and cooling recovery box.
There are two models: water-cooled and refrigerated.
It is a standard test method stipulated by the current specification and recommended as a standard method for determining the asphalt content in asphalt mixture in China.
1. The participation in the test of fiber or rubber powder and additives will not affect the measurement results of asphalt dosage.
2. For asphalt mixtures: stone collection and screening, mineral powder separation and recovery, asphalt separation and recovery, rinsing mixture industrial trichloroethylene separation and recovery is completed at one time.
