Constant-speed Blender is used to test oil well cement and prepare cement slurry. It is newly developed product of our company and adopt latest technology, changes traditional mechanic adjustment way, adopts single machine control. Compared to traditional machine, it has good merits of convenient application, easy operation, high control accuracy. And it adopts high-class exported motor with low noise, high rotary speed and good stability property.
This instrument is controlled by microcontroller, which changes the traditional mechanical adjustment method. Our constant speed mixers is mainly compose of bracket, slurry cup and cup holder, with the characteristic of simple appearance, convenient use, humanized operation, high control precision and stable speed.
The mixer mainly disperses, emulsifies and mixes the liquid components. The motor drives the standard blade to rotate to achieve the functions of mixing, dissolving, dispersing and refining.
