C081 soils foundation loading fatigue tester machine
It is applied to imitate foundations, tunnels and culverts, and simulate the differential settlement and site settlement deformation of concrete components inside foundations and foundations and slope slip force deformation according to municipal foundation projects and design requirements of highways, railroads, subways, water conservancy, etc.
It can control settlement and realize uneven settlement. The test device is divided into immovable plate and settlement plate, counterforce frame, collecting instrument, pressure displacement sensing, etc. The tester can control the test to complete all kinds of dynamic and static mechanical properties test, the software is self-contained system, and the control system to achieve data communication, in the control system test work at the same time, draw the test curve of cyclic force, static force, and independently complete all kinds of test management, data storage, test report printing and other functions. The commonly used test software is divided into static force test and cyclic force test. Among them, static force test is divided into breakage test and creep test. The cyclic force test is divided into load cycle force test and constant displacement cycle test. The test is automatically stopped after the breakage test produces breakage; the fatigue test is automatically stopped after the number of tests reaches the set value.
Manual control is available at any time. The purpose of manual control is to manually adjust the position of the cylinder, and this function can be utilized during test installation, emergency stop, and equipment commissioning.

1. Quality warranty: Zealchon commits that testing machine is fabricated with fine grade materials and top notch workmanship. It is brand new, never used, and in full compliance with the quality provision.
Warranty is 12 months starting from the date of final acceptance of the goods/commissioning of machine.

The following physical damage is not covered by warranty. a) instrument is impacted by great force that the internal impact sensor changes from white to red; b) Detector is broken c) Instrument body is broken; d) Loss of accessories; e) Loss of components ;f) Water coming into instrument.
4. In case the instrument is not able to operate, the customer can call after-sales service for help;
we offer 3 types of repairs: a) Internet repair: if the customers are in foreign countries or remote areas, we can offer them first the INTERNET repair service. b) Phone repair: customers called over the phone to explain explicitly the problem and our technical staff will instruct them to solve the problem. c) On-site repair: in case the phone repair fails, our technical personnel will go to the site to repair the instrument within 72 hours after the problem is reported;
5. Out-of-warranty service: upon expiry of the warranty period, all customers are still entitled to out-of-warranty service during the working life of the instrument.
6.Privilege in out-of-warranty service: customers shall have the privilege to get a preferential prices on the components when they maintain their instrument during the out-of-warranty period as long as they maintained it beforehand.
