Drilling fluid solid content tester is used to separate and test water, oil and solid content's volume. It is the basis of knowing solid concentration and water base drilling fluid viscosity and controlling filter loss.
The distiller is internal heating a known volume of water base drilling fluid samples, so that the liquid phase composition of evaporation, condensation after collection in the cylinder, liquid volume directly from the cylinder oil phase and water phase readings determined.
