Product Description

The main purpose

(1) Measuring the total sulfur mass percentage of crude oil, petroleum, heavy oil, diesel, kerosene, gasoline, and naphtha;

(2) Measuring coal chemical products, such as total sulfur in primary benzene;

(3) measuring the total sulfur or sulfide content in other liquid samples;

(4) Determination of total sulfur or SO3 content in fine powder samples;

(5) Measurement of total sulfur or sulfide content in petroleum products such as petroleum coke (solid) and modified asphalt.

 

Instrument characteristics
 

(1) The electromechanical integration of the instrument is designed to be simple and beautiful;

Operation methods
 

(I) Preparation before test

1. Please carefully read the Operation Manual before use.

2. Please carefully read the National Standard of People's Republic of China GB/T17040 and GB/T11140 to acquaint and familiar with preparation methods, operation procedures and test requirements.

3. Please get ready for all test apparatus and materials as per the requirements of relative standards.

4. Check working state of the instrument to make sure it is in accord with working environment and working condition stipulated in the Operation Manual.

5. Check outer shell of the instrument to make sure it is fine grounded.

6. The power supply of the instrument is AC 220V±5%, 50 Hz. The outer power supply wire should have fine grounding end.

(II) Instrument installation

1. Please read the Operation Manual at first after you get the instrument. Next, check the amount of main unit and accessories as per item 1 in the section II of Operation Manual. If there is any parts lose or damage, please contact us immediately.

2. Take out of the instrument from package after these procedures mentioned above. Please handle the instrument gently to avoid any damage to it.

3. The instrument should be placed in a clean room without any corrosive gas. A room with an air conditioner is better to lower down damage to the instrument by corrosive gas and effect to analysis accuracy by ambient temperature and humidity changes.

4. The power supply of the instrument is AC 220V, so please make sure it is fine grounded.

5. Out-of-warranty service: upon expiry of the warranty period, all customers are still entitled to out-of-warranty service during the working life of the instrument. 

6.Privilege in out-of-warranty service: customers shall have the privilege to get a preferential prices on the components when they maintain their instrument during the out-of-warranty period as long as they maintained it beforehand.
