Fully Automatic ASTM D92 Cleveland Open Cup Flash Point and Fire Point Tester

 

It is based on the People's Republic of China standard GB / T 3536 "Petroleum products - Determination of flash and fire
(Cleveland open cup method)" requirement set forth in the design and manufacture, according to the standards applicable to prescribed method, determination of fuel oil and opening flash point below 79 ºC petroleum products Cleveland open cup flash point Lanfu removed.

The instrument color LCD screen, using SCM control technology, all Chinese human-machine interface, unmarked keyboard; flash point temperature value to be pre-sample label, atmospheric pressure, test dates and other parameters, with menu prompts guiding input function; application open, fuzzy control integration software, modular design techniques.

The instrument structure

Note: The detection loop should be kept clean, otherwise it will reduce the detection sensitivity!
temperature sensor: mounted on the lift arm, specimen cup, temperature detection sample is placed in the test. specimen cup
holder: Place the sample cup.
cover: usually placed on the right inside the instrument, when the instrument detects and after 5 seconds after ignition,
automatic unscrew the cover plate specimen cup, to prevent accidents.
flame adjustment knob: used to adjust the fuse head, draw Kon size of the flame (gas supply source, the size of the output valve
via air conditioning).
outlet: located on the back of the instrument, the configuration of the power cord plugs in here.
air intakes: in the back of the instrument, through which the gas supply source to the instrument.
