Rock dynamic triaxial rheological testing machine
Application:
The dynamic triaxial test of rock and concrete is the field of rock mechanics to study the mechanical characteristics and pore characteristics in various environments.
Test rock uniaxial compression, triaxial compression, a variety of tests, can automatically collect, real-time storage, display compressive strength, rebound, creep, Poisson's ratio, seepage, triaxial shear, the software automatically draws the process of stress-strain Curve and sine wave graphics, storage.
The servo controller has multiple measurement channels, which can control any one of the channels, and can switch the control channel without impact during the test. The controller is easy to operate, has strong fault tolerance, accurate measurement and complete protection functions.
System composition:
1. The structure of the testing machine adopts four columns. In order to improve the function of the testing machine, various tests of three axes can be completed under the vertical servo actuator. The pressure chamber is pushed on the guide rail to load and unload samples in the three-axis pressure chamber.
2. Axial loading system: including main engine, force sensor, axial deformation sensor, radial and confining pressure deformation sensor, oil cylinder (actuator), displacement sensor, measuring controller and software, sine wave loading, servo oil source control .
3. Lateral (confining pressure) loading system: including triaxial pressure chamber, servo pressurization system, supercharger.
Uniaxial compression test:
1. Constant stress, constant strain deformation, constant compression rebound creep, constant test rate, constant deformation rate, variable speed test, unidirectional cycle, uniaxial rheological test and other program functions.
2. Triaxial compressive strength of rock concrete, whole process test, cycle test
3. Optional fixtures for rock concrete splitting (indirect stretching, flexural resistance)
4. Rock concrete uniaxial rheology, relaxation, residual strength, elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio and other parameters
Triaxial compression test:
1. Axial compression under constant confining pressure, multi-stage confining pressure sine wave waveform stress-strain cycle test.

1. Quality warranty: Zealchon commits that testing machine is fabricated with fine grade materials and top notch workmanship. It is brand new, never used, and in full compliance with the quality provision.
Warranty is 12 months starting from the date of final acceptance of the goods/commissioning of machine.

The following physical damage is not covered by warranty. a) instrument is impacted by great force that the internal impact sensor changes from white to red; b) Detector is broken c) Instrument body is broken; d) Loss of accessories; e) Loss of components ;f) Water coming into instrument.
4. In case the instrument is not able to operate, the customer can call after-sales service for help;
we offer 3 types of repairs: a) Internet repair: if the customers are in foreign countries or remote areas, we can offer them first the INTERNET repair service. b) Phone repair: customers called over the phone to explain explicitly the problem and our technical staff will instruct them to solve the problem. c) On-site repair: in case the phone repair fails, our technical personnel will go to the site to repair the instrument within 72 hours after the problem is reported;
5. Out-of-warranty service: upon expiry of the warranty period, all customers are still entitled to out-of-warranty service during the working life of the instrument.
6.Privilege in out-of-warranty service: customers shall have the privilege to get a preferential prices on the components when they maintain their instrument during the out-of-warranty period as long as they maintained it beforehand.
